We will work together on weight loss, building muscle, health coaching, nutrition coaching, rehabilitation training, posture training and mental coaching. As a personal trainer, I am part-coach, part-mentor and sometimes even part-friend and the goal of personal training is to bring YOU to your goal in the fastest, most efficient way possible.
As an ex-professional athlete, competition developed in me the mindset of a winner which means that I have very high standards when it comes to the quality of my work. Especially when it comes to your goals, I see your goals as my own, I fight all the fights together with you, I feel all the bumps too because I truly care about you and your smile and satisfaction are my greatest professional achievements.
For this reason, I recently became a member of the “German Association For Personal Trainers” which stands for the highest quality standard in personal training.

Meeting me in person
Let’s first meet, somewhere in Munich, for a talk in order to get to know each other, free of charge of course. In order to achieve the best possible results, we need to match on different levels.
This meeting will give you the chance to ask all the questions that you have related to personal training and to the paths that we can choose for your individual goals.
This way you will have the chance to meet me and see whether my approach suits your needs.
Health comes first
In our first session, we will do an assessment of your current level of health and fitness.
I will be analyzing your body, your posture, I will measure your body fat percentage and the percentage of your muscle mass and create a complete assessment of the current state of your body by performing various mobility, strength, coordination, balance and endurance tests.
Once we know where you are now, we can start creating a plan which will get you where you want to go.
Master your body
Now it’s time to put in the work. We will create together an individualised training, nutrition and mental coaching plan based on your body’s needs, your personality and your current levels of strength, health and fitness.
I will guide you one-on-one through every step of the process while also having fun and enjoying ourselves.
The measure of my own success is through your success. With dedication and professionalism, I will guide you to master your body, build a better you and teach you how to maintain this state in the long run.
